Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a slightly dated but well-appointed decor. Despite being close to the railroad tracks and hearing occasional train horns, the rooms were generally quiet. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was convenient and not too far from Bourbon Street, making it a good choice for both leisure and business travelers. The dining options were decent but not complimentary, and the facilities met my expectations.
The hotel seemed to be struggling during busy times, with people rushing to their rooms. The room was old-looking and not well-maintained, with garbage on the floor and used coffee cups around. Additionally, it had no view outside, making it feel cramped and noisy.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was excellent, right by the river and close to many attractions, but the room felt small and run-down. The service, however, was fantastic, from the check-in staff to housekeeping. The dining options were decent but a bit pricey. Overall, a good stay for the price.
